In 2002, I was initially coined “Big Daddy’s” after preparing BBQ for a large gathering of family and friends for my daughter’s high school graduation.  While growing “Big Daddy’s,” I started entering BBQ competitions starting with the Backyard Division.  After some success, I wanted to push myself and refine my skills, so I jumped into the Pro Series where I was competing with the best, including guys you see on TV!  The field of competition was drastically better at this level and at first it was difficult to hang there.  Even though it’s harder to win in the Pro Series, I still enjoy competing with my team.  The team is now called “Buddy Row BBQ” after a family nickname I gave my son when he was a little guy.  I’ve always had a love for cooking and enjoy preparing for large groups of people.  Let us cater your next outing, company lunch, parties, tailgates, or wedding receptions.  You name it, we can do it!
